Resort Satisfaction Surveys – 2nd quarter

Survey-2316704We have finished collating all the results for members who stayed at our resorts for the second quarter and we are pleased to publish the results.

For Elite Fuerteventura Club, the overall satisfaction of our own members was 88.48% (88.18% for the first quarter). This represents an average of 4.4 for every category. In the key categories the scores were as follows:

Check In/Out: 4.7/5

Resort Hospitality: 4.8/5

Resort Maintenance: 4.5/5

Unit Maintenance: 3.7/5

Unit Housekeeping: 4.5/5

All categories have increased, except unit maintenance which fell. We hope that with the new terrace furniture, unit maintenance will be better for the next quarter.

For Elite Suites, the overall satisfaction of our own members was 92%. Whilst this is lower than the first quarter, this would still represent an average of 4.6 for every category. In the key categories, the scores were as follows:

Check In/Out: 5/5

Resort Hospitality: 5/5

Resort Maintenance: 4.6/5

Unit Maintenance: 3.6/5

Unit Housekeeping: 5/5

With the exception of Unit Maintenance scores have increased or maintained their top level.

For The Harbour Club, the overall satisfaction level was 94.55%, this represents a slight fall on the first quarter. This too represents an average of 4.7 for every category. In the key categories, the scores were as follows:

Check In/Out: 4.94/5

Resort Hospitality: 5/5

Resort Maintenance: 4.78/5

Unit Maintenance: 4.5/5

Unit Housekeeping: 4.7/5

With only minor variations, the scores continue to be very good.

Congratulations to staff in Fuerteventura and Tenerife whose hard work has made possible these results, whilst we have room for improvement these results are very good that show a very high level of satisfaction overall of our members.
