Resort Satisfaction Surveys

We have finished collating all the results for members who stayed at our resorts during 2015 and we are please to publish the results.

For Elite Fuerteventura Club, the overall satisfaction of our own members was 85.62%. This represents a small increase on last year’s overall satisfaction level of 85.48%. This represents an average of 4.3 for every category. In the key categories the scores were as follows:

Check In/Out: 4.7/5

Resort Hospitality: 4.7/5

Resort Maintenance: 4/5

Unit Maintenance: 3.7/5

Unit Housekeeping: 4.2/5

For Elite Suites, the overall satisfaction of our own members was 91.14%. This is virtually unchanged from the previous year’s scores. This would represent an average of 4.6 for every category. In the key categories, the scores were as follows:

Check In/Out: 4.9/5

Resort Hospitality: 4.9/5

Resort Maintenance: 4.1/5

Unit Maintenance: 4.3/5

Unit Housekeeping: 4.5/5

For The Harbour Club, the overall satisfaction level was 94.82%, this represents a slight decrease on last year’s overall satisfaction level of 95.67%. This too represents an average of 4.7 for every category. In the key categories, the scores were as follows:

Check In/Out: 4.9/5

Resort Hospitality: 4.95/5

Resort Maintenance: 4.8/5

Unit Maintenance: 4.5/5

Unit Housekeeping: 4.8/5

Elite Fuerteventura Club has improved but there is of course still room for improvement and be assured that we will never rest on our laurels! Elite Suites and The Harbour Club have both fallen slightly on last year’s results, but anything above 90% is a very hard level to continually maintain or improve.

Congratulations to staff in Fuerteventura and Tenerife whose hard work has made possible these results, whilst we have room for improvement these results are very good that show a very high level of satisfaction overall of our members.
