For years, the timeshare industry has offered free or discounted stays with an obligatory presentation attached to it. Elite Club Resorts has been no different... up until now. Times are changing and so is the way holiday ownership companies promote their "product" to potential clients. If we believe that our "product" is really worth it (and we do!) it doesn't seem logical to give away free stays and oblige visitors to attend a presentation (or tour).
We have therefore done away with free visits and now have a special NTR promotional visit. What does that mean exactly? NTR - no tour required, pay a reduced fee for a one-off visit and then decide whether or not you want to speak to one of our sales representatives or not - the choice is yours!
What will your promotional visit cost you?
- 225€ for a 1 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children)
- 325€ for a 2 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and 4 children)
Terms and Conditions:
This is a special promotional offer for couples that have not previously stayed at one of our resorts. There is no obligation to purchase any product during your visit, nor do we require you and your partner to attend a presentation with one of our representatives.
Applicants must:
- be home-owning couples aged between 28 & 65
- be married or living together for a minimum of 2 years
- have a minimum joint income of £30,000. If neither partner works due to early retirement, the minimum joint income through a private or company pension must be at least £20,000.
This offer is only valid for 1 week's self-catering accommodation in a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment, which sleeps up to four or six people. If two couples wish to take advantage of this offer, both couples must fill in an application form separately. This offer does not include flights, transfers or holiday insurance. Applications will not be accepted from existing owners or couples who have previously visited one of our resorts. Applications will be accepted from existing timeshare owners, however, with the exception of RCI Points, applicants in any type of points system will not be accepted. For those applicants who wish to extend their stay, it may be possible to rent a second week. Please indicate in comments if you wish to extend your stay or request a two-bedroom apartment.
